I always struggle to take time away from posting and being engaged on my social media, because everyone preaches the importance of consistency...but I also know the importance of taking breaks.

If I’m being honest, I had an entire lazy weekend - it’s not that I didn’t want to do anything, I just couldn’t seem to make myself actually do the stuff😂 I took lots of naps & watched a lot of Greys😎

It’s hard for me to not feel guilty when I accomplish basically nothing over an entire weekend, but I have to remind myself that it’s ok and important to do sometimes.
